Seattle, Washington Area $80,000 – $100,000 Based on Experience Great opportunity for an experienced Clinical Effectiveness Manager to join the Quality Department of this wonderful Hospital in the Seattle area. In this key management role, you will be responsible for leading (project management) Executive-driven Clinical improvement projects that positively impact and improve patient outcomes, cost, and operational effectiveness in care delivery. You will conducts and oversee analysis of outcome data; interprets data results, including potential clinical and cost drivers related to outcome and facilitates the review and improvement process with appropriate Clinical Directors, physicians and designated clinical effectiveness teams. You will manage data abstractors, providing oversight for their duties and training in performance improvement, data abstraction and facilitation. Ideal candidate with have a Bachelors degree and 3 plus years of experience in Quality Improvement and/or Clinical Process Improvement. CPHQ Certification is strongly preferred as is an RN License. The selected candidate will be offered a generous Total Compensation package that will include relocation assistance.
