In this key Nursing Executive Role, you will be instrumental in driving the organization’s service delivery of excellent patient care by enhancing quality outcomes, patient safety, nursing education, and auxiliary services. The ideal candidate will be Master’s prepared MBA, MSN, MPH, and have at least ten (10) years of increasing responsibly and experience in Nursing Management and at least five (5) years of current CNO experience in a mid to large scale Acute Care hospital. ACNO experience in a large hospital Acute Care setting maybe considered. A truly innovative and dynamic team leader experienced with unions environments. MA RN license or eligibility and a BSN is required. In addition, candidates should have experience in an academic hospital environment and offer a collaborative and visible leadership style to the organization. Advanced certification in nursing and executive leadership is highly preferred. The selected candidate will be offered an above market competitive base salary and performance based incentive plan.
