Director Case Management

Location: Affordable Central Valley, CA

Our client is seeking an RN, Bachelor’s prepared with over 4 years experience in Case Management. 3+ years acute hospital experience.

Ideal candidate will have critical thinking skills, problem solving skills and experience working with statistics/data for generating reports for department.

Hospital is 200+bed facility, going through expansion. The facility is financially stable, offers a friendly environment and exensive  Administrative Support for the Case Management dept.

FTE’s reporting to position: 9-RN’s 2-3 Social Workers 2 general assistants

Successful candidate will be an RN, BSN, Masters prepared preferred.

Individual must possess:

• Active RN license for California
• BSN, Masters Prepared
• 5 or more years of clinical experience required in Case Management
• Strong leadership skills required 3 years
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to manage multiple tasks/projects

• Outstanding analytical/interpretive abilities
• Clear decision-making style
• The ability to set priorities and manage complex workload
• Solid computer skills
• Patient Clinical Access experience required

This key managment level position will report to the Chief Financial Officer.
