Seattle, Washington Full Benefits plus Relocation Our client is looking for an Emergency Room Director to provide the leadership and overall responsibility for two Emergency Rooms. A Level IV thirty two bed ER at the main hospital campus and a six bed ER at a Specialty Campus. Responsibilities include: strategic planning; budget oversight; assuring compliance with regulatory organizations; and implementation of standards of care and practices. Qualified applicants will be a BSN, (MSN or MBA strongly preferred) RN with 5+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience, with a minimum of two years experience in a director role.
Must have recent ED experience, strong leadership and organizational skills and the ability to coach and mentor ED Manager and staff.
