Outstanding new opportunity for an experienced chief executive officer level professional to lead and direct a multi-unit network of LTAC Facilities.  In this key leadership role you will direct representative to the Governing Board in management of the hospital.  You will given the necessary authority and will be responsible for the operation and administration of the hospital and all its departments, subject to the powers of the corporate structure of the company. You will direct all functions of the hospital in keeping with the overall policies established by the Governing Board and in compliance with regulatory guidelines, in order that the strategic objectives of the institution can be attained.  You will provide leadership and directives in promoting the efficient, economical, and effective utilization of hospital resources to meet the identified needs of community through quality medical care and health service programs.

DESIRABLE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:  Bachelors degree required, masters preferred. Minimum experience of at least five years in hospital management.  LTAC experience is required, as is multi-site management experience.  Ability to motivate and direct actions of others.  Current knowledge of trends in health care.  Understanding of financial reports.  Experience in conducting meetings of the Medical Staff and Governing Board.  Working knowledge of Medicare, OSHA, JCAHO, CMS and state guidelines.  Good written and verbal communication skills.  Working knowledge of computers with good word processing skills.  Proven experience with development of positive relationships with senior staff, co-workers, and customers.
