| Job Information | MD DO Physician Jobs 7X7 Block Schedule Hospitalist Board Certified or Eligible Internal Medicine Full Relocation! Excellent opportunity to practice as a Hospitalist in the Fort Trumbull, Connecticut area! Healthcare facility is “state of the art” and offers an outstanding total compensation package and full benefits.
This employed Physician will be offered a generous base salary plus will be eligible for an incentive bonus.
Selected candidate will be offered the following:
Qualifications: Previous Physician Experience as an Internal Medicine Hospitalist Preferred United States Citizen or permanent resident Connecticut MD License required Education: Degree of doctor of medicine or an equivalent degree resulting from a course of education in medicine or osteopathic medicine. Approved schools are: schools of medicine holding regular institutional membership in the Association of American Medical Colleges for the year in which the degree was granted, schools of osteopathic medicine approved by the American Osteopathic Association for the year in which the degree was granted, schools (including foreign schools) accepted by the licensing body of a State, Territory, or Commonwealth (i.e., Puerto Rico), or in the District of Columbia as qualifying for full or unrestricted licensure. Completion of an ACGME-approved Residency in Internal Medicine. ABME-approved Board-certification strongly preferred. ACLS current certification required. Hospitalist experience required. English language proficiency is required and Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
