| Job Information | Medical Director – Hospitalists Salem, MA Area Sign on Bonus $25,000, Full Relocation and Incentive Plan! Our client is seeking an experienced Board Certified Internal Medicine Hospitalist to provide guidance and leadership to the facility’s practitioners. Responsibilities include managing policies, personnel, services, QA monitoring, and education. You will provide input for budgets, billing, equipment purchase, staffing needs, and goals/objectives. You will work with administration and physicians to ensure that services are available and cost effective. These services must meet and exceed quality and any regulatory guidelines. You will manage between 15 – 20 Physicians at two locations (up to 140 beds). Our client offers an excellent Total Compensation Package including a very lucrative incentive plan. You will also receive a stipend from the facility! Must be BC Internal Medicine and have previous Hospitalist experience. Massachusetts Medical License Required.
