SENIOR ADVISOR RESERVOIR ENGINEERING EOR
HOUSTON, TEXAS
Unique opportunity to use your advanced experience in EOR to work at a leading Energy Company in Houston, Texas.
As one of the leading experts in EOR, you will be responsible for the following:

Serve as Company’s waterflooding champion, leading its community of practice
-
Provide technical leadership to waterflood team
-
Share best practices on waterflooding design, implementation, reservoir surveillance, reservoir management, remediation and performance prediction
-
Lead multi-functional teams in framing, planning, and conducting waterflood design or performance review studies
-
Provide general reservoir engineering services on waterflooding in support of business units
-
Coordinate collection of analog data on waterflooding and share data with business units
-
Develop and deliver training classes to the Company’s reservoir engineering community
-
Participate in or lead peer reviews of business unit projects/assets
- Represent Company in JIP’s

| Ideal Candidates will possess the following required qualifications: |
-
B.S. or higher in Petroleum Engineering
-
At least 15 years experience in reservoir engineering with emphasis on waterflood management
-
Extensive experience managing waterfloods in clastics and carbonate rocks
-
Strong level knowledge of at least one reservoir surveillance tool
-
Strong leadership skills
-
Strong business and customer focus
-
Excellent communication skills
- Good team player
