What information do we collect? How do we use it?

All of our sites are connected to one database. Your user profile only has to be established and/or edited at one location. Profile establishment and changes are realized on all our sites. We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web sites. Your IP address is used to help identify you and your shopping cart and to gather broad demographic information. Our sites registration forms require users to give us contact information (like their name and email address). We use customer contact information from the registration forms to send the user information about our company. The customer’s contact information is also used to contact the visitor when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the “Choice/Opt-out” section below. Our sites use forms for customers to request information, products, services, and support. We collect visitor information (like their account or credit card numbers). Financial information that is collected is used to invoice the user for products and services. We DO NOT store credit card numbers. Demographic and profile data (like their zip code, age, or income level) is also collected at our sites.

Regarding Cookies?

“Cookies” are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer’s hard drive. Our cookies do not contain any personally identifying information, but they do enable us to provide features such keeping track of your shopping cart and to avoid showing same advertisements. We use cookies to deliver content specific to your interests and for other purposes such as personalizing your user experience.

Will HireSuite LLC, disclose the information it collects to outside parties?

 HireSuite LLC, does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We may choose to do so in the future with trustworthy service partners but you can tell us not to by sending a blank e-mail message to Info@EmployerIndex.com. Also, HireSuite LLC may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information.

HireSuite LLC, does share shipping and contact information with our Service Partners. The information we provide is necessary for the timely delivery of our products. All of our Service Partners have provided us with privacy agreements that prevent them from selling, trading, or renting your information.

How does HireSuite LLC, allow customers to update or change the information it collects?

Users may change and modify information previously provided. You may change information from your user profile. Enter your user profile from the home page of  www.EmployerIndex.com .
